For whichever reason, you can now switch characters from one server to a different one through the in-game Character Transfer service! Down below is a step-by-step guide in order to use feature.
1. Log into the game with your City of Heroes account.
2. Choose the actual server where the character you need to transfer is located.
3. You'll now view the character selection screen.
4. Choose the character you intend to transfer.
5. Towards the bottom of the computer screen you will notice two buttons - Purchase Server Transfer and Purchase Rename Token.
6. Simply click the Purchase Server Transfer button
7. The Character Transfer Alert window will appear. Make sure you look at this before moving forward. To go on, simply click the actual use Token button or click the actual Cancel button to go back to the character selection screen and terminate the purchase.
8. Right after clicking on the Use token button, your transaction will be initiated, and you'll start to see the following message.
9. When the transaction is finished, you will notice one further confirmation message.
10. You have now completed your City of Heroes Account transfer. This process can be done for any of the city of heroes accounts you purchase on our website. Just follow these steps above, and you will be ready to proceed with a COH Account transfer.
