Please note, all customers who purchase DAOC Accounts are obligated to comply with these specific terms and conditions when playing your DAOC Account.

 

1. Harass, assault or threaten another gamer associated with our Services or perhaps to cause distress, undesirable attention or distress associated with such Gamer, or perhaps every other individual or entity. Mythic doesn't excuse harassment of any type and might suspend or terminate the daoc account of any gamer who harasses other people. Personal attacks, for example those based on an individual's race, origin, ethnicity, gender, religion, lifestyle selection, disablement or other such association, are strictly not allowed.

2. Distribute or exchange sexually explicit images, or indicate or reference this kind of images.

11. Alter any data files that Mythic doesn't specifically authorize Player to change. Utilization of material that is susceptible to the rights of anyone or entity without the express permission of such privileges owner can be disallowed, and also can lead to the termination of Player's daoc account and possible civil and/or criminal liability of such breaches.

12. Misuse or exploit bugs, undocumented functions, design glitches or problems in the online game collectively known as Problems. 19. "Roleplaying" isn't a cause for breaching daoc policies.
