Full Coverage Account Insurance - Short Term

We believe in offering a straight up realistic policy to our customers on all our accounts we sell. Unlike any other company, we actually offer a real insurance policy on accounts as we strongly believe believe in protecting your account as much as possible (sites that offer lifetime guarantees are scams, as can you name another big company out there that actually offers this), and therefore will spend the extra time with you on every account by offering unique features such as custom made, transferable, and leveled by us characters along with actually calling the game developers and modifying the necessary information required to secure each account. Though rare (less than 2% chance), we do have situations that require our insurance policy, and this is why we offer it to make you feel more secure. Our full coverage account insurance package covers the following

- 1 Year Recall Warranty On Your Account (During Your 365 Day Time Frame, we will guarantee that if your character should somehow be taken back by the original owner, we will replace your account with a character of similar value from our inventory (we may also offer store credit up to 150% of your original purchase amount. We may also provide a refund.)

- 1 Year Disabled Warranty On Your Account (During Your 365 Day Time Frame, we will guarantee that if your character should somehow get suspended, banned, or disabled as a direct result of something we did on our end, we will replace your account with a character of similar value from our inventory (we may also offer store credit up to 150% of your original purchase amount). (We may also provide a full refund as well. We may also provide a refund. Please note this policy does not cover intentional bans.)

- Misprofiled Warranty (We will guarantee that the account is as matched in the profile description on the site. If something is not matching the character, we will replace your account with a character of similar value from our inventory (we may also offer store credit up to 150% of your original purchase amount. We may also provide a refund.)

- 5 Year Technical Support Warranty On Your Account - (Our company is backed by the leading virtual goods collections agency in the United States. As a result, if something occurs to your account during this timeframe, we will back you up 100% and fully investigate, and at the best of our ability try to either recover the funds you lost, or the account if it is disabled, suspended, or recalled in anyway. Please note we will act as a debt collector, and middleman in order to assist you. Please read our FAQ for more information.
