Overall, I am happy with this site, but let me set some things straight. I had to resend my information twice because they were very picky about how light the faxed stuff had to be. That was a pain. Also, the livechat was not as helpful as other people have said it is. The phone service was MUCH more helpful, but I had to stay on hold for about 10 minuted before getting through. I have shopped around a lot, and this site does offer the best prices I have seen. Very fair. They really try to take all the gear and skills into account. I did not get my money as fast as their site promised. They said I would have it in 24 hours. It took more like 30. They said their system is overloaded right now which is strange. I think if it is problem that will persist, they should change what they advertise. This sounds like a bad review, but I was happy with them. I will come here again.
