1. Do I have to pay extra to play your characters?
   Yes. You are required to pay in game subscriptions due to the game developers. These subscripion fees are billed monthly between $5 to $20 depending on the MMO you play.
2. Will I need to pay for two subscriptions in game when I buy an additional account from you?
   Yes. This is an entirely new account you will receive. There is no way to merge this account to your existing account with the exception of our Non Battle.net Accounts we sell.
3. Do your accounts you sell come subscribed, and ready to go?
   No. All of the accounts are inactive. You will have to provide your own billing information in order to activate the subscription once again.
4. Do I need to add my own billing or credit card information to the account after I received it?
   Yes. If you do not add your own billing to the account, then we are required to inform the previous billing cardholder to contact the game developers and terminate any billing from this account, and refund all charges made to this account. This could cause an interruption on your game play as the account could be suspended or banned permanently which is not covered by our guarantee policy for an account exchange.
5. Do you offer active subscriptions with the accounts you sell?
   No, we do not. When you receive the account information, all accounts that we have sold are inactive. To make an account active, you have to add your method of payment for subscriptions. Then you can gain access to a new account in the game.
