    Buyers If you are a buyer, and received some form of a gift code on an exchange, then you can request a refund at anytime. Traders If you are a trader, and received some form of a gift code for your previous account, then you can not request a refund in a form of cash or have your account returned if we have already issued you a gift code.

    No. All sales are final once you order. The reason being is we are paying our employees to build an account for you, and if you cancel it, the account is worthless to us. If we cannot deliver an account to you, that is the time you can cancel an order.
  5. questionI placed a made4play order but I want to cancel it. Can I do that?
    No. Once you place an order, the sale is final. We cancel orders if we are not able to make the delivery of the account. We cannot cancel orders after the sale is completed because we are paying our employees to build each account for you.
  6. questionI bought an account but I do not like it. Can I get a refund?
    No. All sales are final after you place an order for an account. We make all attempts to provide accurate character and account information with enough detail so that you know what you are purchasing. When you receive the information about your account after your purchase, the account is now yours. We do not consider “not liking the account” a valid reason for refunds. However, you are welcome to resell the account back to us.
  7. questionHow long does it take for refund processing?
    It can take from 1 to 10 business days to process all refunds back to your account, whether it is a bank, a credit card company, or a merchant account. Please be patient through this process.
  8. questionWill I receive a refund if the account I get does not match the description?
    No. We will however replace whatever is missing from the account. We will also take a screenshot of what is going on the account before we place it up for sale.
  9. questionWill I receive a refund if the character is missing currency or equipment?
    No. However, we will replace what is missing on the account. We also will take a screenshot of what is on the account before listing it for sale.
