As for verification, we do not do any verification by phone, so you won't need to provide a landline or mobile phone number to us when doing business with our company.

    When you forget your password, you can request your password by entering in your email address. However on occasion, this does not help because of the following reasons: Your password reset was sent to you but was blocked by your email company. The email to reset your password disappeared into your Junk/Spam folder. The email associated with your membership account that you are resetting does not exist anymore.
