What will happen when my subscription expires for EA?
Dark Age of Camelot is a subscription-based service, so at the end of your selected billing period, your account will automatically be renewed at the same rate you started with. This will occur until you indicate a desire to end your subscription by requesting account closure. (Your account will remain available until the end of your current billing cycle.) If you request a change to your billing cycle, the change will not take effect until the end of your current billing cycle.
How do I update my account information for EA?
How do I update my account information (email address, billing address, password)? Please login to the account management website (http://accounts.eamythic.com) with your master account login name and password. To update contact info such as email address, phone number, etc, click on the Contact Information link at the top and update the appropriate information. When finished, click Save at the bottom. To update your billing address, please use the Billing link at the top and when you are finished be sure to click Save at the bottom.
How do I change the credit card being billed for my account in EA?
Please login to the account management website (http://accounts.eamythic.com) with your master account username and password. Now click on the Billing link at the top of the page, select your billing type and fill in your updated information. The new credit card placed on the account will not be billed until your next scheduled billing date. Please note that there is no way to view the details on file for an account.
How do I change my subscription plan for EA?

Now click on the Update Renewal button, select your billing type and fill in your updated information. Choose your updated billing cycle and the next time your account renews, you will be on the new cycle.

Click on the Change Password link near the top of the account section and then fill in your new password. Click the Save button at the bottom and your new password will take effect immediately.
How can I change my Secret Word for EA?
The Secret Word on your account can only be changed by calling into our support center at (650) 628-1001, between the hours of 10am and 10pm EST, 7 days a week. Once the current secret word has been successfully verified, you may request to have the secret word changed.
I have forgotten my account password but know my account name for EA. What can I do?

How do I cancel my subscription to my EA Account?
To cancel your account, please log into the account management website at https://accounts.eamythic.com. Once the account screen loads, click on the red Cancel Subscription button for the correct product account. Confirm your cancellation by clicking the Yes button. Your account will still be active until the remaining subscription runs out. Refunds will not be given on remaining subscription time.
