2. Do I need to reactivate the subscription to my account before I sell?
   No. You are NOT REQUIRED to have an active subscription in game with your account before submitting your account. The reason comes down to we'd prefer to handle it ourselves as there is no reason you need to pay for a subscription fee when you are trying to make cash off what you are selling.
