2. Do you provide instant quotes?
   Yes. Upon submitting your character information, you will receive a quote on the next page that is also sent to your e-mail.
3. If I have an alternative set of gear, where do I insert it to get a better quote?
   Please include any additional gear on your main (primary) character in the additional information box near the bottom when submitting your account for a price quote.
4. My quote is lower than before. How can I fix this?
   From time to time, our prices will change. If you exited the page which had a higher quote, you will no longer be able to go back to that page in order to receive that same quote. You can however continue to try to add information in order to receive a higher quote.
5. How do I add multiple sets of gear to my account submission?
   If you character has more than 1 set of gear, please include this information in the "additional information box" before submitting your account for a quote.
6. Is your site based in US Dollars?
   Yes. All currency on our site is based in United States Dollars. This includes any quotes you receive for your account, or the prices on our site for our service and products we sell.
7. I have 2 or more accounts linked to one my accounts. How can I receive a better quote?
   It varies depending on your game. Sony Online Entertainment SOE can allow as many accounts attached to one station account as you want. Many times we will see one account have an EverQuest, EverQuest 2, and Star Wars Galaxies account linked to one Station account. There are many more examples of this. Unfortunately, we only give value on 1 account regardless if it has multiple accounts attached to one station account. 8. I have two or more games attached to Sony Station Account, can I receive a better quote?
   One EQ1, EQ2, or SWG account is equal to one account submission. It does not matter how many games are attached to your Station Management account as we only value the overall Station Management account. In order to receive a better quote for your Station account, you must fill out your account submission with us as if you have one account which means you will only fill out one submission form. 9. I have items that can be sold for currency. What should I do?
   If you wish to receive the highest quote possible, we recommend liquidating your items for in game currency.
10. I have more than one set of gear, where do I insert it to receive a better quote?
    When submitting your account, please try to list the gear in the "additional information box" upon completing your account submission.
11. What is worth more, in game currency or in game items?
    The value of in game currency will always be greater than in game items. We strongly recommend liquidating your items into currency in order to receive a higher quote.
12. Is it possible to sell only one or two characters on my account?
    No. In order to sell to us, you will be required to transfer the entire account information. If you wish to sell a character separately, you will need to transfer the character(s) off to a different account. In order to do this, you will need to pay additional transfer fees as well as New CD Keys the game requires in order to transfer your character to a new account. This also only applies to games that will allow you to transfer one character to an entirely different account such as World of Warcraft, EverQuest, and EverQuest II. 13. I have 2 accounts attached to one account, but only want to sell one of them, how can I do this?
    Unfortunately, if you're selling 2 accounts linked to 1 main account, we are only interested in purchasing the 1 main account as that is the actual information we will need upon submitting your account information to us. Blizzard We require the entire battle.net account. SOE We require the entire station management account. PlayNC We require the entire PlayNC management account. Funcom We require the entire Funcom management account.
14. I accept your offer, what do I do next?
    If you accept our offer, you should be prompted to a final acceptance page on our website that lists your quote as well as asks for additional information. The webpage should look similar to the one below. If you do not see this page, please check our FAQ for answers to resolving this issue.
15. I have better gear than I can fill out on your form. Can I receive a better quote?
    You can only receive a quote based on what is provided in the account submission quotation page. If the equipment or gear is missing, or it doesn't raise the value of the actual character, then this is likely due to the fact that the gear is not as important for us to purchase.

    Our prices are based on supply & demand. If an account is priced way to low, it is because we currently have no demand and/or we currently are in no need of this particular account. However, you can try back later in the future to see if we have increased our quote value.
