1. What can I trade my account for?
   When trading with us, you are trading to receive a gift certificate. The gift certificate provides you with in store credit to purchase any service or products on our website.
2. My gift code is not enough for the account I want to trade for. How can I fix this?
   If your gift certificate that you are quoted for is LESS than the account you actually want to exchange for, then you can pay the difference that is due upon checking out. Example Account you wish to purchase costs: $200.00 Your gift code is worth: $100.00 You will need to pay an additional: $100.00
3. Can I trade in my account for currency?
   Yes. The option should be available under the "build an account" and/or "powerleveling" section on our website to receive in game currency. Once you have selected an amount, you can then checkout with just that currency, and nothing else. If you are unable to find currency in the "build an account" and/or "powerleveling" section on our website, that means that currency is not available for your game. A new option will be available in the future to accept direct currency off our website.
4. How do trades work? Can I exchange one account for another?
   In order to sell or trade your account to us, please follow these steps. Go to the sell account option on our website. Submit your character information. Choose gift certificate or gift code as your payment option. Click get quote. You will now receive a quote. If you accept this quote, complete the final page for information, and wait for an agent to work on, and issue you a payment.
