I am unable to get to the acceptance page. How can I fix this?
Once you submit your account, you will be sent to another page that will provide you with your quote, and ask you for additional information.
If you did not see this, we ask that you try resubmitting your account again. If you are still unable to load the acceptance page, this is likely due to a common server load issue. In order to resolve this
- Try again at a later time.
- Try again in a different web browser.
- Delete your cache, and cookies, and start over
- Try again on a different computer.
- Restart your PC
Eventually, the error will go away, and on most cases, it goes away after you try a second time getting a quote.
All you need to do is click back, and the information on your submission should be saved in your cookies. All you will need to do is try again to receive a new quote.
