I do not have the secret answer to my WoW Account? What can I do?

We do not buy any World of Warcraft account with a missing secret answer.

In order to resolve this issue, please follow the directions below.

• Log into your account management page and click on "Parental Controls". PLEASE NOTE: This only works if you have not set up Parental Controls before on the account.
• Change your email form found here: http://www.worldofwarcraft.com/loginsupport/email.html.
• Enter your account name and you will be prompted with your secret question.

If you cannot remember your secret answer you will need to contact Blizzard Entertainments Billing & Account Administration at 1-800-592-5499 for assistance with retrieving the secret answer for your account. Please be aware if you are selling your account you will be required to provide a valid secret answer.
