Who makes your custom accounts?We have a group of around 40 contracting gamers in the United States that level characters which we sell directly to you.
How do I receive a custom account?
We then transfer the character to a brand new account from our own accounts that we used to level the character on. The key difference in custom accounts are that the character is originally ours, whereas accounts you buy from a third party were owned previously by someone else.
Why are custom the most secure accounts on the internet today?
No matter how secure other sites say they are, unless you created the account, then you always run the risk of an account being suspended, or even banned from accessing the game. This is the reason why we offer custom Accounts as we want to offer the complete security you need in an account.
How do I become the original owner of the account?
We provide you with new cd keys, register the account, and then we transfer the characters over to the newly created account with your information. This eliminates all risk of account password recalls, unauthorized suspensions and bans (most common bans), and other issues that would occur if you purchased an account from any other site as those accounts are originally owned by someone else. You now become the original owner of this brand new account without any risks or liabilities you would receive with a regular account.
What do I get with my custom account?

You are required to purchase the NATP Package upon checking out which provides you with all the things you see above.
Why is WOTLK Required?
WOTLK is required because the Level 70 or below character is currently on a WOTLK enabled World of Warcraft account. Due to Blizzard Restrictions, in order to transfer to a new account, you are required to have the same expansions that the existing account currently has.
What E-mail should I use for my account name?
Please use the e-mail address that you currently use or a newly created one.
Can I create my own account?
You can, however you will need to contact customer service and request to create the account yourself instead of us immediately after placing an order. The reason we create the account for you is it prevents any rumor for error, as well as if a problem occurs, you will not be held liable. However, if you still wish to create your own new custom account, then that decison is entirely your choice.
We will require the following pieces of information before we can transfer your character to your new account.
- Email Address - What email address do you want to have on the account
- Secret Question Answer - What do you want your secret answer to be?
- Server - What server do you want to play on?
- Characters Name - What do you want your characters name to be? Please make up to 3 choices.
How do I buy?
- Purchase a custom character
- Select the following options below
- Email Address - What email address do you want to have on the account
- Secret Question Answer - What do you want your secret answer to be?
- Server - What server do you want to play on?
- Characters Name - What do you want your characters name to be? Please make up to 3 choices.
- Make sure a Transfer to New Account is added to your shopping cart
- Checkout, and you're all set.
I have an extra CD Key. Can I use that instead of buying the transfer pack?
If the CD key has not been used, then we can accept that. If it has been used on another account, we cannot use this key for your new account as Blizzard requires a new CD Key.
