How do you actually complete the account to account transfer?
Upon purchasing this order, we will then verify that the main character is eligible to be transferred to your existing account. If it is, then you will receive an e-mail confirmation where we will also request your existing EVE Online Account Name. Once we receive this, we will then complete the transfer. Directions on the actual transfer process can be found on the EVE Online website.

How do I know which accounts are transfer eligible?
There is no way to tell until we transfer it. At that time, we will inform you if we can transfer it to your existing account.

What if you are unable to complete the transfer?
We cannot issue a full refund on your account, but we will issue a full refund on the actual EVE Account Transfer ($29.99).
