I am having problems subscribing to EA. How can I fix this?

I have re-opened my DAoC account, but when I try to log onto a game server I get the following message: "No access to games" or "Account suspended -- no playtime available." What does this mean?

This message means that the transaction is being declined by the card issuer.  You should try to enter your billing details again, in case you made a typo on your first attempt.  However, if you get this message again after re-entering your billing details, you should contact your credit or debit card issuer to see why they are declining the charge.
