Overall, I am happy with this site, but let me set some things straight. I had to resend my information twice because they were very picky about how light the faxed stuff had to be. That was a pain. Also, the livechat was not as helpful as other people have said it is. The phone service was MUCH more helpful, but I had to stay on hold for about 10 minuted before getting through. I have shopped around a lot, and this site does offer the best prices I have seen. Very fair. They really try to take all the gear and skills into account. I did not get my money as fast as their site promised. They said I would have it in 24 hours. It took more like 30. They said their system is overloaded right now which is strange. I think if it is problem that will persist, they should change what they advertise. This sounds like a bad review, but I was happy with them. I will come here again. I just wanted to get the truth out there as some of these reviews seem a little exagerated. |

My character gat reclaimed by the original owner. This happened to me once before, and the site I bought from did nothing about it. I thought that would happen again. It didn't. They really helped me get some money back and put it towards another account. They also assured me that they would go after the loser to get their own money back from him and get his shady butt banned if possible. |
